Informational purpose

EbikeFixIt provides general e-bike diagnostic and troubleshooting information. Different bikes, controllers, batteries, wiring systems, and manufacturers use different designs, connectors, pinouts, and procedures.

Work safely

Electrical and mechanical work can cause injury, fire, component damage, or other hazards if performed incorrectly. Do not probe unknown terminals, bypass safety systems, open battery packs, or perform procedures beyond your knowledge and equipment. When a test is unclear or unsafe, stop and use a qualified repair professional.

No guaranteed diagnosis

Guides are intended to help narrow possible faults. A symptom or measurement does not automatically prove a particular component has failed unless the relevant test supports that conclusion. EbikeFixIt does not guarantee that every guide will diagnose every bike or fault.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether a procedure is appropriate for your bike and for following manufacturer instructions, local rules, and safe workshop practices.
